A Virtual Visit is a secure video consultation via your smartphone or laptop perfect for quick diagnoses and prescriptions. An In-Room Visit involves a physician coming directly to your hotel suite for a comprehensive physical examination and hands-on care.

Yes. After your consultation, we provide a detailed medical receipt and invoice. You can submit these documents to your travel or private insurance provider to receive full reimbursement for the cost of the visit.

We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and secure digital payments. Payment is processed securely at the time your visit request is finalized.

Our doctors send prescriptions digitally to the nearest open pharmacy to your hotel. You can either pick it up at your convenience or, in many cases, we can help coordinate delivery directly to the hotel front desk.

No, our goal is your comfort. Whether you choose a virtual call or an in-room visit, the care comes to you. You can stay in your suite and rest while the doctor handles the rest.

No. There is zero cost for hotels to become partners. We provide all the marketing materials and staff training for free. The hotel only provides the guest with the option to use our service we handle all the medical and financial logistics.
